Most of us at office or college feel sleepy and think about having quick energy!
You can try few things which I did and been tested.. we know most of this.. its just that we don't remember at right time..
Drink More Water – We are made of 80 percent water. All our chemical reactions take water to occur, so make sure you are drinking enough. A women should be drinking 9 cups of water each day, while men require 13 cups of water daily. tea soups anything liquid counts towards this total.
Splash some cold water on your eyes – This will refresh your eyes and recharge them for some time.
Drink a cup of coffee. The caffeine rush will wake you up and give you a temporary boost of energy.
Take a some deep breaths. The caffeine rush will wake you up and give you a temporary boost of energy.
Gum. A strong flavoured gum like Spearmint or Peppermint wakes you up. And the smell will ward off sleepiness.
Take a walk. Taking a walk or doing some exercises keeps you awake boosting your energy for a while.
Take a 10 minute nap and then drink a can of soda. Taking a quick 10 minute "power" nap followed by a can or two of soda pop will have you energized in no time.
Replace food. If you want to crunch something, take a carrot instead of biscuits. Eating healthy means you have less saturated fat and - guess what? - more energy
